Returns Policy

I gladly accept returns and exchanges for faulty or damaged goods

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations as these are custom made orders

But please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

For damaged goods, Matthew Williams-Ellis Photography will cover the cost of postage.

For all other returns, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
